Know Special Things About Dubai Expo Special 2021

This year, Dubai will host one of the most important events in the world. The Dubai Expo Special 2021 is finally set for October 2021 through March 2022. The Expo organizers will retain the 2020 branding despite the delay. After Dubai was chosen as the host at the Paris General Assembly on 27 November 2013, the BIE (Bureau International des Expositions), planned this World Expo. This Expo will be the region's first, and it will cover Africa as well as the Middle East. The event will be attended by people from more than 190 countries. The event will be held in Dubai South near Al Maktoum International Airport. It covers 4.38 km.

* More than 200 participants, partners and millions of visitors will form a global action community.


Expo Dubai 2021 - Biggest Attractions

* There will be entertainment activities including a German Pavilion with a robot band that recreates Beethoven's most famous works. Flash mobs and opera are also available.

* School students from UAE will perform at the same location as street festivals, stage shows parades, concerts, and other musical events.

* Ten theme weeks will be covered over the whole Expo period. They examine the human challenges from economic, cultural, and social perspectives.

* The UK Pavilion offers visitors an exciting experience. They can add their voices to a constantly evolving collective message. The pavilion was inspired by Stephen Hawking. It has been designed and curated by Es Devlin Studio via artificial intelligence.

* The Emirates Pavilion will allow visitors to explore the future mainstream commercial aviation in the UAE as it will be in 2071 (the centennial year).

Along with the latest healthcare innovations, there will be a showcase of humanitarian drone corridors and remote delivery of medical supplies.

* Art and culture activities include workshops, installations, and performances. Visitor will be able to enjoy calligraphy benches featuring delightful messages and the new Sabeel fountains, as well as the Music Studio at the Jamaica Pavilion.

* They will be able to view artwork in shipping containers that were inspired by the Jamaican International Reggae Poster Contest.

* The Al Wasl Opera will provide delightful experiences for visitors. It fuses local Emirati talent with top global talent.

* The Belgium Pavilion, which was designed by Vincent Callebaut Architectures and Assar Architects, will amaze visitors with its dome featuring an arch motif.

Al Wasl Dome will feature the largest 360-degree projection surface anywhere in the world. It was designed by Gordon Gill Architecture, and Adrian Smith.

* Visit the Hammour House, which features a coral reef, 300-seater district stage, and allows you to walk through the waterfall. At several national pavilions, you can visit a desert, rainforest, or even a miniature universe.

* The Mobility District offers the largest passenger lift in the country, which can carry 160 people.

* The main site will cover 1083 acres, or 438 ha, between Abu Dhabi (and Dubai).

* The master plan was designed by HOK, an American company. It revolves around the Al Wasl Central Plaza, and is surrounded with the Mobility, Opportunity and Sustainability Districts.

Expo will also feature the largest solar power project in the globe by Dubai.

* Dubai Happiness Agenda will feature 16 programs, 4 themes and 82 projects.

* Expo mascots: Latifa and Rashid, Salama and Opti, Opti, Alif, Terra. Latifa is 8 years old and Rashid is 9 years old. Salama is a ghaf-tree, while Terra, Alif and Opti serve as guardians for sustainability, mobility and opportunities pavilions.

* Dubai Expo partners include Dulsco, which is the waste partner (national bus tours will also be organized as part this collaboration), and L'Oreal, which is the beauty partner. There will be many pop-up studios and beauty shows.

* Accenture is the Premier Partner for Digital Services, while Cisco is the Official Premier Digital Network Partner. CNN is the official broadcaster of Dubai Expo, while DP World is the Premier Global Trade Partner.

* The Expo's key projects include the Museum of the Future and Aladdin City, Deira Islands and Dubai Water Canal Project.
